We called for an estimate for a nasty leak in a 10 x 33 ft. utility area. We received a bid on the mentioned area for roofing & plywood & options that included the entire house. There was no pressure, Charlie answered all the questions in a understandable way. We decided to have the whole house done because the price was very reasonable & we saw the work they did on our daughter's house, first class. We could not be more satisfied with the workmanship, cost, cleanup, and the courtesy shown by the entire crew. During the job we had a pretty good snow storm & they shoveled our drive way. When they got into the job there were several wood related repairs that needed attention, they included these repairs into the original price. The crew discovered an area that had water damage at the end of the cutter & did a fantastic job to repair the area & devised a way to divert the water away from the building. They noticed the roll roofing on our ramp was wearing out & replaced it with a heavy duty roll roofing, No charge for the ramp work even though it was not a part of the original bid. We would hire them for roofing or carpenter work again & recommend them to everyone.
